Managing Your Subscription
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, access the Stripe customer portal, and view invoices.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current subscription tier, credit balance, renewal date, and payment method.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Click Change Plan on the billing page.
- Select a higher tier.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan and are charged the prorated cost of the new plan for the remainder of the billing period. Your credit allocation is updated to the new tier's amount immediately.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Click Change Plan.
- Select a lower tier.
- Confirm the downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain your current tier's features and credits until the period ends. If your target count exceeds the new tier's limit, you will need to remove targets before the downgrade activates.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription on the billing page.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features until then. After cancellation:
- Existing scan data, findings, and reports remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days.
- Scheduled scans are disabled.
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.
Stripe Customer Portal
Click Manage Payment to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card, bank transfer).
- View and download invoices.
- Update billing email and address.
- View payment history.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe on each billing date. You can access them from:
- The Stripe customer portal.
- Settings → Billing → Invoices in the APVISO dashboard.
Invoices include a breakdown of your subscription charge, any PAYG usage, and applicable taxes.
Annual Billing
All plans are available with annual billing at a 20% discount. Switch to annual billing from the Change Plan screen. Annual plans are billed upfront and credits are allocated monthly.
