Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, access the Stripe customer portal, and view invoices.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current subscription tier, self-hosted license status, renewal date, and payment method.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Owners and admins can change plans from Settings → Billing → Plans & Presets. Choose monthly or annual billing, then select the plan you want. APVISO redirects you to Stripe Checkout to confirm the change.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If cancellation is available for your account, use the cancellation action on the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features until then. After cancellation:

  • Existing pentest data, findings, and reports remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days.
  • Scheduled pentests are disabled.

Stripe Customer Portal

Use Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal for saved payment methods, invoices, and subscription management.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe on each billing date. You can access available invoices from Settings → Billing → Payment History in the APVISO dashboard.

Invoices include a breakdown of your subscription charge or per-pentest charges (and any refunds for empty or errored pentests) and applicable taxes.

Annual Billing

Annual self-serve subscription checkout is available from the billing page and plan selection flow.
